    Оптимальна структура капіталу – найбільш сприятливе співвідношення з можливих варіантів використання власного та позикового капіталу, за якого підприємство, вільно маневруючи наявними грошовими коштами, здатне забезпечити безперервний процес виробництва і реалізації продукції та найбільш ефективну пропорційність між витратами і доходами. Розглянуто особливості оптимізації структури капіталу підприємств. The optimal capital structure is the most favorable ratio of possible options for the use of equity and debt capital, under which an enterprise, freely maneuvering its available funds, is able to ensure a continuous process of production and sale of products and the most efficient proportionality between costs and income. The article considers the peculiarities of optimization of the capital structure of enterprises.

    Інфраструктура фінансового ринку України в умовах цифрової економіки

    У статті розглянуто особливості інфраструктури фінансового ринку та розвиток цифрової економіки. Обґрунтовано тенденції функціонування фінансового ринку в умовах цифрової економіки. Визначено умови цифровізації фінансового ринку, розкрито роль цифрових технологій у забезпеченні позитивної динаміки показників фінансового ринку та виокремлено основні компоненти їх раціонального застосування. На сучасному етапі розвитку світової економіки все більше уваги приділяється цифровим технологіям та електронному бізнесу. Сюди спрямовуються інвестиційні потоки та тут накопичуються людські та фінансові ресурси світу, тому важливим фактом є дослідження та розвиток цієї сфери. Аргументовано, що цифрова економіка змінює підходи до функціонування фінансового ринку, а також вимоги до використовуваних інформаційних технологій в ході реалізації фінансових операцій. Визначено пріоритетні завдання держави у напрямі забезпечення успішної реалізації засобів цифровізації на фінансовому ринку України. Зроблено висновки щодо подальшого розвитку та реалізації поставлених цілей. The article considers the features of the financial market infrastructure and the development of the digital economy. The tendencies of functioning of the financial market in the conditions of digital economy are substantiated. The conditions of digitalization of the financial market are determined, the role of digital technologies in ensuring the positive dynamics of financial market indicators is revealed and the main components of their rational application are singled out At the present stage of development of the world economy, more and more attention is paid to digital technologies and e-business. Investment flows are directed here and the human and financial resources of the world accumulate here, so the research and development of this sphere is an important fact. It is argued that the digital economy is changing the approaches to the functioning of the financial market, as well as the requirements for the information technology used in the implementation of financial transactions. The priority tasks of the state in the direction of ensuring successful realization of means of digitalization in the financial market of Ukraine are defined. Conclusions are made on the further development and implementation of the set goals.
