    Дана робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ та сучасних тенденцій розвитку електронного урядування. Вона охоплює широкий спектр питань, пов’язаних з використанням інформаційних технологій для оптимізації діяльності державних органів, взаємодії з громадянами та бізнесом.Автор досліджує, як електронне урядування, підкріплене хмарними технологіями, блокчейном та штучним інтелектом, спрощує отримання адміністративних послуг.Так, в умовах проведення адміністративної реформи та євро інтеграційних процесів, впровадження ідеї «сервісної держави» гостро стоїть питання удосконалення інституту адміністративних послуг в контексті цифрової трансформації. Організація надання адміністративних послуг, зокрема в електронній формі, цифрова трансформація цієї сфери суттєво впливають і надалі визначально впливатимуть на щоденне життя усіх громад України, а також на роботу публічних службовців. Питання цифрового розвитку, цифрової трансформації та цифровізації нині є одним з пріоритетів у діяльності Кабінету Міністрів України, центральних органів виконавчої влади та органів місцевого самоврядування.Сучаснітенденції відбивають динаміку розвитку досліджуваної сфери. Це нові ідеї, підходи, технології, які з'являються і набирають популярності. This study is dedicated to the research of theoretical foundations and contemporary trends in the development of e-government. It covers a wide range of issues related to the use of information technologies to optimize the activities of government agenciesand interactions with citizens and businesses. In the context of administrative reform and European integration processes, the implementation of the "service state" concept has acutely raised the issue of improving the institution of administrative services in the context of digital transformation. The organization of the provision of administrative services, particularly in electronic form, and the digital transformation of this sphere have a significant impact now and will continue to have a defining impact on the daily lives of all Ukrainian citizens, as well as on the work of public servants. The issue of digital development, digital transformation, and digitalization is currently one of the priorities in the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, central executive authorities, and local self-government bodies. Contemporary trends reflect the dynamics of the development of the studied sphere. These are new ideas, approaches, and technologies that emerge and gain popularity. The identification of key challenges of digital transformation in various spheres of public life has necessitated systemic legislative changes and reforms, and corresponding restructuring, the effectiveness of these changes determines the extent to which digital transformation opportunities are used, the development of competition and innovation, and the state's ability to promptly respond to citizens' needs and demands.The article examines how digital transformation is reshaping traditional models of public administration. The author explores how e-government supported by cloud technologies, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, simplifies access to administrative services, increases transparency in government processes, and creates new opportunities for business development. Particular attention is paid to how these innovations enhance citizens' quality of life and strengthen trust in government institutions.
