Abstract

The monograph chapter examines the role of law in processes of social reform and transformational change. It reveals the dual nature of law as both an object of reform and an instrument influencing social relations. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of reforms largely depends on the level of perfection, constructiveness, and efficiency of the legal system. The study analyzes the significance of law as a means of regulating, normalizing, and consolidating social relations in the process of reform. It emphasizes that law must adequately reflect contemporary challenges, the needs of civil society, and individual interests, ensuring the practical implementation of necessary social changes and contributing to sustainable societal development.

У розділі монографії досліджено роль права в процесах суспільних реформ і трансформаційних змін. Розкрито подвійний характер права як об’єкта реформування та одночасно інструмента впливу на суспільні відносини. Обґрунтовано, що ефективність реформ значною мірою залежить від рівня досконалості, конструктивності та дієвості правової системи. Проаналізовано значення права як засобу впорядкування, нормалізації та консолідації суспільних відносин у процесі реформування. Наголошено, що право має адекватно відображати сучасні виклики часу, потреби громадянського суспільства та інтереси людини, забезпечуючи практичну реалізацію необхідних соціальних змін і сприяючи сталому розвитку суспільства.
