Науково-методичне забезпечення вибору організаційних форм міжрегіонального співробітництва

Abstract

Сучасні виклики, що постають перед Україною, зумовлюють необхідність пошуку нових форм та підходів до управління регіональним розвитком. Ефективність реалізації державної регіональної політики у сучасній Україні залежить у тому числі і від використання відповідних організаційних форм, що стимулюють громадську й економічну активність, розвивають і підтримують підприємницьку ініціативу на рівні регіонів України для вирішення нагальних соціально-економічних проблем. У цьому зв’язку постають питання: що таке організаційні форми міжрегіонального співробітництва, що є основою вибору тієї чи іншої організаційної форми, як саме повинен відбуватися процес вибору найбільш оптимальної організаційної форми з огляду на специфіку регіону та учасників співробітництва. У дослідженні висвітлені теоретико-методичні аспекти з питань використання організаційних форм міжрегіонального співробітництва. Здійснена дефініція поняття організаційна форма міжрегіонального співробітництва, на основі якої сформовано власне визначення щодо нових й традиційних організаційних форм міжрегіонального співробітництва та розроблено й запропоновано науково-методичне забезпечення вибору організаційних форм міжрегіонального співробітництва.

Modern challenges facing Ukraine necessitate the search for new forms and approaches to regional development management. The effectiveness of the implementation of state regional policy in modern Ukraine depends, among other things, on the use of appropriate organizational forms that stimulate public and economic activity, develop and support entrepreneurial initiative at the level of the regions of Ukraine to solve urgent socio-economic problems. In this regard, the following questions arise: what are organizational forms of interregional cooperation, what is the basis for choosing a particular organizational form, how exactly should the process of choosing the most optimal organizational form take place, taking into account the specifics of the region and the participants in cooperation. The study highlights theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of organizational forms of interregional cooperation. The concept of organizational form of interregional cooperation has been defined, on the basis of which a proper definition of new and traditional organizational forms of interregional cooperation has been formed, and scientific and methodological support for the choice of organizational forms of interregional cooperation has been developed and proposed.
