Новітні фінансові технології у банківській діяльності

Abstract

У розділі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти інтеграції новітніх цифрових технологій у банківську діяльність як ключового чинника трансформації фінансового сектору. Обґрунтовано роль фінансових технологій у модернізації банківської системи, підвищенні ефективності фінансових послуг, оптимізації бізнес-процесів та формуванні нових моделей взаємодії між банками і клієнтами. Розкрито сутність поняття «фінансові технології» та узагальнено наукові підходи до їх трактування як інноваційного інструменту розвитку фінансового ринку. Визначено, що FinTech виступає не лише технологічним напрямом удосконалення фінансових послуг, а й комплексним явищем, яке охоплює нові бізнес-моделі, цифрові платформи, продукти та процеси. Проаналізовано основні напрями застосування фінансових технологій у банківській діяльності, зокрема у сфері фінансування, управління активами, здійснення платежів та розвитку цифрової інфраструктури. Акцентовано увагу на впливі цифровізації на трансформацію традиційного банкінгу, розширення спектра фінансових послуг, зниження операційних витрат та підвищення доступності банківських продуктів. Визначено, що подальша інтеграція інноваційних технологій є важливою передумовою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності банківського сектору та його адаптації до сучасних викликів.

The chapter examines theoretical and practical aspects of integrating advanced digital technologies into banking activities as a key factor in transforming the financial sector. The role of financial technologies in modernizing the banking system, improving the efficiency of financial services, optimizing business processes, and developing new models of interaction between banks and customers is substantiated. The essence of the concept of “financial technologies” is revealed, and scientific approaches to their interpretation as an innovative tool for financial market development are generalized. It is determined that FinTech represents not only a technological direction for improving financial services but also a comprehensive phenomenon encompassing new business models, digital platforms, products, and processes. The main areas of financial technology application in banking are analyzed, including financing, asset management, payments, and digital infrastructure development. Attention is paid to the impact of digitalization on the transformation of traditional banking, expansion of financial services, reduction of operational costs, and improvement of accessibility of banking products. It is determined that further integration of innovative technologies is an important prerequisite for ensuring the competitiveness of the banking sector and its adaptation to contemporary challenges.
