Reflection of the essence of the social and legal value of a person in the normative law

Abstract

The essence of the socio-legal value of man in the normative jurisprudence is due to the need to know the law itself and the need to realize its interests and human needs through the law. The basis of "human-oriented" positive law should be natural law, which meets the need for its humanization, recognition and real process of implementation of natural human rights, which serve as an appropriate guide and criterion for assessing the rules of positive law.

Сутність соціально-правової цінності людини в нормативній юриспруденція зумовлена необхідністю знання самого закону та необхідністю його реалізації інтереси та потреби людини через закон. Основою "орієнтованого на людину" позитивного права повинно бути природне право, яке відповідає необхідність його гуманізації, визнання та реального процесу реалізації природні права людини, які слугують відповідним орієнтиром та критерієм для оцінка норм позитивного права.
