Виокремлюється місце ринку інвестиційних послуг на ринках капіталів та окреслюються засади його регулювання. Визначаються структура, сутність та функції ринку інвестиційних послуг. Приділяється увага індикаторам якості та безпеки інвестиційних послуг.The section explores the theoretical aspects of ensuring the quality and security of investment services in Ukraine. It highlights the role of the investment services market within capital markets and outlines the principles of its regulation. The structure, essence, and functions of the investment services market are defined. Special attention is given to the indicators of quality and security of investment services.
