Abstract

У роботі розглянуто питання обґрунтування та розробка теоретичних засад, методичного забезпечення та практичних рекомендацій щодо аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства. Уточнено розуміння поняття «трудові ресурси» підприємства в системі наукових категорій та визначено основоположні засади аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства.The paper considers the issue of substantiation and development of theoretical foundations, methodological support and practical recommendations regarding the analysis of the efficiency of the use of labor resources of the enterprise. The understanding of the concept of "labor resources" of the enterprise in the system of scientific categories has been clarified, and the fundamental principles of the analysis of the efficiency of the use of labor resources of the enterprise have been defined.
