Abstract
В роботі проведено дослідження зі створення плану територіального розвитку, його нормативно-правове забезпечення, технології розробки стратегічних планів, а також методи моніторингу та оцінювання їх реалізації. Сформовано висновки, щодо спроможності підвищити рівень розвитку територій за допомогою плану територіального розвитку.
The work conducted a study on the creation of a territorial development plan, its regulatory and legal support, technologies for developing strategic plans, as well as methods for monitoring and evaluating their implementation. Conclusions were drawn regarding the ability to increase the level of development of territories using a territorial development plan.
