Abstract

The thesis generalizes theoretical approaches to the formation of public administration mechanisms in the context of sustainable development, systematizes the regulatory and legal framework of their functioning, analyzes the institutional environment and the practice of interaction among public authorities, identifies the main problems and factors of inefficiency, and substantiates directions for improving public administration mechanisms in view of contemporary managerial and digital transformations.
