Правові засади протидії корупції у діяльності фінансових органів

Abstract

У роботі проведено історико-правовий аналіз генези та розвитку боротьби з корупцією; досліджено правові основи боротьби з корупцією та корупційними правопорушеннями; охарактеризовано адміністративно-правові аспекти діяльності Національного антикорупційного бюро України; визначено роль і місце Національного агентства з питань запобігання корупції в системі антикорупційних органів України; розглянуто основні проблеми та перспективи розвитку державної антикорупційної політики в Україні.The work provides a historical and legal analysis of the genesis and development of the fight against corruption; examines the legal foundations of the fight against corruption and corruption offenses; characterizes the administrative and legal aspects of the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine; determines the role and place of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in the system of anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine; considers the main problems and prospects for the development of state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.
