The work provides a historical and legal analysis of the genesis and development of the fight against corruption; examines the legal foundations of the fight against corruption and corruption offenses; characterizes the administrative and legal aspects of the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine; determines the role and place of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption in the system of anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine; considers the main problems and prospects for the development of state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.
