Обґрунтування фінансової стратегії малого підприємства

Abstract

У процесі дослідження узагальнено теоретико-методичні основи формування фінансової стратегії малого підприємства. Проведено аналіз фінансового стану та результатів діяльності ТОВ «Молоко на Володимирській», оцінено ефективність діючої фінансової стратегії, а також вплив внутрішніх і зовнішніх чинників на її формування та реалізацію. Розроблено практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення фінансової стратегії підприємства, спрямовані на зміцнення фінансової стійкості, підвищення рентабельності, оптимізацію структури капіталу та забезпечення сталого розвитку в сучасних умовах господарюванняThe study summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming the financial strategy of a small enterprise. The financial condition and performance of LLC “Moloko na Volodymyrskii” were analyzed, the effectiveness of the current financial strategy was assessed, as well as the impact of internal and external factors on its formation and implementation. Practical recommendations were developed to improve the company’s financial strategy, aimed at strengthening financial stability, increasing profitability, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring sustainable development under modern economic conditions
