Abstract

Розкрито сутність зміст і структуру узагальнення теоретичних і методичних основ управління конкурентним потенціалом підприємства сфери промисловості та обґрунтування практичних пропозицій стосовно напрямів удосконалення цього процесу для АТ «Фармак». За результатами проведеного дослідження обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно покращення системи управління конкурентним потенціалом АТ «Фармак» в умовах воєнного стану.The essence, content and structure of the generalization of the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the competitive potential of an industrial enterprise are revealed and practical proposals are substantiated regarding the areas of improvement of this process for JSC «Farmak». Based on the results of the study, proposals are substantiated regarding the improvement of the competitive potential management system of JSC «Farmak» under martial law.
