Досліджено розвиток цифровізації ринку банківських послуг. Виявлено сучасні напрямки цифровізації банківських послуг в світі. Здійснено аналіз процесів цифровізації банківських послуг в Україні. Ефективність впровадження цифрових технологій в банківські установи України. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності процесу цифровізації ринку банківських послуг в України.The development of the digitalization of the banking services market has been studied. Modern directions of digitization of banking services in the world have been identified. An analysis of the processes of digitalization of banking services in Ukraine was carried out. The effectiveness of the implementation of digital technologies in banking institutions of Ukraine. Directions for increasing the efficiency of the process of digitalization of the banking services market in Ukraine are proposed.
