У роботі узагальнено теоретико-методичні підходи до організації та методики аудиту та аналізу податку на прибуток та напрямів їх удосконалення. - з'ясовано сутність податку на прибуток підприємства як об’єкта аудиту та аналізу; - здійснено загальну характеристику підприємства та аналіз показників фінансово-господарського стану ТОВ «Вінницький харчосмаковий комбінат» - розглянуто організацію та методику аудиту податку на прибуток ТОВ «Вінницький харчосмаковий комбінат»; - охарактеризовано напрями вдосконалення аудиту податку на прибуток підприємства.
