Робота присвячена дослідженню механізмів контролінгу в системі управління ТОВ «Сільпо-Фуд» та розробці рекомендацій щодо його вдосконалення через впровадження сучасних ІТ-рішень. Автор аналізує фінансово-господарську діяльність підприємства та обґрунтовує роль контролінгу як інструменту підвищення конкурентоспроможності в умовах ринку
The work is devoted to the study of controlling mechanisms in the management system of "Silpo-Food" LLC and the development of recommendations for its improvement through the implementation of modern IT solutions.
