Abstract

У статті здійснено концептуалізацію підходів впровадження технологій «smart cities» та «urban-tech» екосистем у контексті сталого розвитку міст і територій через ідентифікацію системних взаємозв’язків між цифровими інноваціями, урбаністичними інфраструктурними об’єктами, екологічною стійкістю та соціально-економічною інклюзією для побудови ефективних моделей управління містами, що здатні відповідати на глобальні виклики урбанізації та змін клімату. Ідентифіковано основні складові концепції «smart city» та визначено їх роль у сталому розвитку міст і територій. Обґрунтовано, що екосистема «urban-tech» не лише розширює рамки «smart city», але й пропонує нові підходи до оптимізації ресурсів, а також прогнозування розвитку міст і територій. Визначено вплив сучасних «urban-tech» на управління міськими процесами.The article conceptualizes approaches to implementing smart cities and urban-tech ecosystems in the context of sustainable development of cities and territories through the identification of systemic relationships between digital innovations, urban infrastructure facilities, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic inclusion to build effective models of city management that are able to respond to the global challenges of urbanization and climate change. The main components of the smart city concept are identified and their role in the sustainable development of cities and territories is determined. It is substantiated that the urban-tech ecosystem not only expands the scope of the smart city, but also offers new approaches to optimizing resources, as well as forecasting the development of cities and territories. The impact of modern urban-tech on the management of urban processes is determined.
