Антикорупційна політика: вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід

Abstract

The paper examines key aspects of anti-corruption mechanisms applied both in Ukraine and other countries, as well as analyzes the main factors that influence the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts. A comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experiences has highlighted the most successful practices that can be adapted for Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of its political and economic situation. One of the main outcomes of the study is the identification of the importance of integrating institutional, legal, and technological solutions in the fight against corruption. The problem of corruption in Ukraine requires not only the reform of existing institutions, such as the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, but also the introduction of new mechanisms to ensure full transparency in public administration. Key areas for improving anti-corruption policy in Ukraine include ensuring the independence of anti-corruption bodies, improving the judicial system, increasing transparency in public procurement, and developing effective tools to combat corruption at the local level.
