Abstract
У роботі розкрито правові основи валютного регулювання в Україні; проаналізовано особливості валютного регулювання в умовах воєнного стану; проведено характеристику основних валютних обмежень та правових механізмів їх реалізації; розкрито проблеми та недоліки чинного законодавства та розроблено пропозиції щодо їх усунення.
The work reveals the legal foundations of currency regulation in Ukraine; analyzes the features of currency regulation under martial law; characterizes the main currency restrictions and legal mechanisms for their implementation; reveals the problems and shortcomings of the current legislation and develops proposals for their elimination.
