Особливості травматичного досвіду осіб, що перебували в окупації

Abstract

У роботі здійснено аналіз концептуальних підходів до розуміння проблеми травматичного досвіду особистості, детермінант його виникнення та механізмів функціонування. Емпірично вивчено та представлено аналіз особливостей травматичного досвіду осіб, що перебували в окупації під час російсько-української війни. Отримані результати включають сформульовані практичні рекомендації щодо формування життєстійкого способу життя як засобу протидії травматичному досвіду.The work has carried out an analysis of conceptual approaches to understanding the problem of traumatic awareness of specialness, the determinants of its culpability and the mechanisms of functioning. An empirical study is carried out and an analysis of the characteristics of the traumatic events of the people who were occupied during the Russian-Ukrainian war is presented. The results include the formulation of practical recommendations for the development of a sustainable way of living as a way to counteract traumatic experiences.
