Abstract

The article analyzes the legal framework governing the financial and legal support of internally displaced persons in Ukraine; highlights the sources of financial support for IDPs and the mechanisms for providing social assistance, benefits and subsidies; assesses the effectiveness of existing state and local programs to support IDPs, taking into account social and economic challenges; analyzes the European experience of financial and social support for displaced persons and identifies the possibilities of its application in Ukraine; recommendations for improving the financial and legal support of IDPs in Ukraine were developed.
