Abstract

Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню феномену необанкінгу в Україні в умовах цифрової трансформації фінансового сектору. У роботі проаналізовано світові та вітчизняні тенденції розвитку необанків, їхні конкурентні переваги порівняно з традиційними банками, а також визначено регуляторні та організаційно-економічні механізми їхнього функціонування. Практичне значення роботи полягає в розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення стратегій розвитку фінтех-компаній та формуванні політики цифрового регулювання.The master's thesis is dedicated to researching the phenomenon of neobanking in Ukraine within the context of the financial sector's digital transformation. The work analyzes global and domestic trends in the development of neobanks, their competitive advantages compared to traditional banks, and identifies the regulatory and organizational-economic mechanisms of their operation. The practical significance of the research lies in developing recommendations for improving fintech development strategies and shaping digital regulation policy.
