Abstract

У монографії розкриваються сучасний стан та тенденції реформування правового забезпечення фінансової безпеки України. Значна увага присвячена розкриттю проблем вітчизняного правового регулювання фінансової безпеки держави, її структурних елементів у сучасних умовах їх реформування. Проаналізовані наукові дослідження щодо нормативного закріплення категорій та понять. На основі аналізу зарубіжного та вітчизняного законодавства у сфері регулювання фінансової безпеки держави запропоновані концептуальні напрями щодо підвищення рівня її правового регулювання з метою покращення життя українського суспільства.The monograph reveals the current state and trends in the reform of the legal provision of financial security of Ukraine. Considerable attention is devoted to the disclosure of the problems of domestic legal regulation of the financial security of the state, its structural elements in the modern conditions of their reformation. Analyzed scientific research on the normative consolidation of categories and concepts. On the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic legislation in the field of regulation of the financial security of the state, conceptual directions are proposed for increasing the level of its legal regulation in order to improve the life of Ukrainian society.
