Abstract

The article describes the concept of managerial decision-making in the public administration system and its functions; characterizes the process of managerial decision-making and its stages; systematizes the requirements for managerial decision-making; defines the procedure for managerial decision-making; analyzes important aspects of managerial decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and prospects for improvement; reveals the trends in the use of artificial intelligence in managerial decision-making. Conclusions and recommendations for improving the procedure for developing and making managerial decisions by public authorities are formulated.
