Вплив фінансових технологій на розвиток банківського бізнесу в Україні

Abstract

Визначено сутність фінансових технологій та роль, яку вони відіграють у сучасному банківському бізнесі. Проведено класифікацію фінансових технологій та виокремити їх основні характеристики, враховуючи унікальні особливості та можливості. Досліджено специфіку впливу фінансових технологій на банківський бізнес в Україні та виявити ключові чинники, що впливають на цей процес. Проаналізовано тенденції функціонування банківського бізнесу в контексті використання фінансових технологій та виявити їхні переваги та обмеження. Проведено порівняльний аналіз зарубіжного та вітчизняного досвіду впливу фінансових технологій на банківський бізнес, визначено схожість і відмінності у застосуванні фінансових технологій. Визначено основні напрями щодо посилення впливу фінансових технологій на банківський бізнес в Україні та розробити рекомендації для банків щодо вдосконалення їхнього використання фінансових технологій з метою підвищення конкурентоспроможності та якості послуг.

The essence of financial technologies and the role they play in modern banking business are determined. Financial technologies were classified and their main characteristics were identified, taking into account their unique features and capabilities. The specifics of the influence of financial technologies on the banking business in Ukraine were studied and the key factors affecting this process were identified. The trends in the functioning of the banking business in the context of the use of financial technologies were analyzed and their advantages and limitations were identified. A comparative analysis of foreign and domestic experience of the impact of financial technologies on banking business was conducted, similarities and differences in the application of financial technologies were determined. The main directions for strengthening the influence of financial technologies on the banking business in Ukraine and developing recommendations for banks to improve their use of financial technologies in order to increase competitiveness and quality of services have been determined.
