Державний фінансовий аудит виконання бюджетних програм у сфері культури

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено сутність та концептуальні основи державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм у сфері культури у вітчизняних та закордонних наукових дослідженнях; досліджено підготовку до проведення державного фінансового аудиту виконання Державним агентством України з питань кіно бюджетної програми «Державна підтримка кінематографії»; сформульовано шляхи удосконалення державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм у сфері культури За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки та напрями вдосконалення методики та організації державного фінансового аудиту виконання бюджетних програм у сфері культури.

The qualification work defines the essence and conceptual foundations of the state financial audit of the implementation of budget programs in the field of culture in domestic and foreign scientific research; the preparation for the state financial audit of the State Agency of Ukraine's implementation of the budget program "State Support of Cinematography" was investigated; formulated the ways of improving the state financial audit of the implementation of budget programs in the field of culture Based on the results of the study, conclusions and directions for improving the methodology and organization of the state financial audit of the implementation of budget programs in the field of culture were formulated.
