Abstract

За результатами дослідження сформульовані висновки та рекомендації, які можуть бути використані в практичній діяльності Національного банку України, Національної комісії з цінних паперів та фондового ринку, бізнес-компаній, а також у діяльності органів законодавчої та виконавчої влади щодо розробки ефективної регуляторної політики у сфері криптовалют та сприяння розробці чітких і прозорих правил для учасників ринку криптовалют, що забезпечить його стабільність та розвиток.Based on the results of the research, conclusions and recommendations were formulated that can be used in the practical activities of the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, business companies, as well as in the activities of the legislative and executive authorities regarding the development of an effective regulatory policy in the field of cryptocurrencies and promoting the development of clear and transparent rules for the participants of the cryptocurrency market, which will ensure its stability and development
