Особливості управління конкурентоспроможністю промислових підприємств

Abstract

В процесі дослідження узагальнено теоретико-методичні основи управління конкурентоспроможністю промислових підприємств. Проведено аналіз фінансово-економічної діяльності ПрАТ «Київхліб», оцінено рівень конкурентоспроможності досліджуваного підприємства, а також вплив внутрішніх і зовнішніх чинників на його формування. Розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення управлінських рішень і напрямів підвищення конкурентоспроможності з урахуванням сучасних ринкових умов.The study summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the competitiveness of industrial enterprises. The financial and economic performance of PJSC "Kyivkhlib" was analyzed, the level of competitiveness of the enterprise was assessed, as well as the impact of internal and external factors on its formation. Recommendations were developed to improve managerial decisions and directions for enhancing competitiveness, taking into account current market conditions.
