Особливості управління конкурентоспроможністю торгівельних підприємств

Abstract

У роботі доведено систематизацію теоретико-методологічних знань та їх практичне застосування в процесі формування пропозицій щодо управління конкурентоспроможністю досліджуваного підприємства. Розглянуті теоретичні основи поняття конкурентоспроможності підприємства, досліджено методи, що застосовуються для оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Запропоновано декілька шляхів підвищення ефективності управління конкурентоспроможністю досліджуваного підприємства.The paper proves the systematization of theoretical and methodological knowledge and their practical application in the process of forming proposals for managing the competitiveness of the enterprise under study. The theoretical foundations of the concept of enterprise competitiveness are considered, the methods used to assess the enterprise's competitiveness are investigated. Several ways of increasing the effectiveness of the management of the competitiveness of the enterprise under study are proposed.
