Особливості прояву агресії та шляхи її корекції у майбутніх психологів

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі теоретично узагальнено та емпірично досліджено особливості прояву агресії та шляхи її корекції у майбутніх психологів. Здійснений теоретичний аналіз сучасних наукових підходів до вивчення феномену агресії. У результаті дослідження підтверджено, що поняття агресії є складним, багатовимірним та полідетермінованим психологічним явищем. Виявлено, що третина досліджуваних показала високий рівень проявів агресії, трохи більше половини – середній рівень, і близько пʼятої частини – низький рівень. Так, наприклад, принаймні третина досліджуваних демонструє високі рівні різних форм агресії: гетероагресії, високий індекс агресивності, високий рівень аутоагресії за методикою А. Ассінгера. Проведений аналіз ґендерних особливостей показав чітку диференціацію структури агресивних проявів. У хлопців-психологів значно вищі показники прямих форм агресії – фізичної, вербальної, загальної агресивності. У дівчат, навпаки, переважають непрямі та інтропунітивні форми: непряма агресія, образа, почуття провини, а також аутоагресія. Розроблено програму психологічної корекції проявів агресії у майбутніх психологів та сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо впровадження програми, адресовані чотирьом цільовим групам: адміністрації закладів вищої освіти, практичним психологам ЗВО, викладачам психологічних дисциплін та самим майбутнім психологам.The qualification work theoretically summarizes and empirically investigates the features of aggression and ways to correct it in future psychologists. A theoretical analysis of modern scientific approaches to studying the phenomenon of aggression was carried out. The study confirmed that the concept of aggression is a complex, multidimensional and polydeterministic psychological phenomenon. It was found that a third of the subjects showed a high level of aggression, a little more than half - an average level, and about a fifth - a low level. For example, at least a third of the subjects demonstrate high levels of various forms of aggression: heteroaggression, a high index of aggressiveness, a high level of autoaggression according to the method of A. Assinger. The analysis of gender features showed a clear differentiation of the structure of aggressive manifestations. Male psychologists have significantly higher rates of direct forms of aggression - physical, verbal, general aggressiveness. In girls, on the contrary, indirect and intropunitive forms prevail: indirect aggression, resentment, guilt, and auto-aggression. A program for psychological correction of manifestations of aggression in future psychologists has been developed and practical recommendations for the implementation of the program have been formulated, addressed to four target groups: administrations of higher education institutions, practical psychologists of higher education institutions, teachers of psychological disciplines, and future psychologists themselves.
