Abstract

У роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти управління фінансовими ресурсами територіальної громади. Проведено аналіз загальних характеристик громади та оцінку ефективності управління її фінансовими ресурсами. Визначено напрями підвищення ефективності управління фінансовими ресурсами територіальної громади, а також здійснено прогнозування її фінансового потенціалу. Робота містить рекомендації щодо удосконалення механізму управління фінансами громади в умовах децентралізації.The paper examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of financial resource management in a territorial community. An analysis of the general characteristics of the community and an assessment of the efficiency of financial resource management were conducted. Directions for improving the efficiency of financial resource management in the territorial community were identified, and a forecast of its financial potential was carried out. The work includes recommendations for improving the financial management mechanism of the community under decentralization conditions.
