Конкурентні переваги підприємства та обгрунтування стратегії їх забезпечення

Abstract

У дипломній роботі розглянуто теоретичні та методичні аспекти формування конкурентних переваг підприємства та їх взаємозв'язок із конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Проведено аналіз конкурентного середовища та конкурентних позицій підприємства, визначено його конкурентні переваги та слабкі сторони. На основі проведеного дослідження обґрунтовано стратегію забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства та наведено складові стратегії зміцнення конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що дозволить зберегти та посилити його конкурентні позиції на ринку.

he thesis examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of competitive advantages of the enterprise and their relationship with the competitiveness of the enterprise. An analysis of the competitive environment and competitive positions of the enterprise was carried out, its competitive advantages and weaknesses were determined. On the basis of the conducted research, the strategy of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise is substantiated and the components of the strategy of strengthening the competitiveness of the enterprise are given, which will allow to preserve and strengthen its competitive position on the market.
