Abstract

Гарантією ефективної реалізації державою своїх функцій є визначення сутності, структури та інструментарію ризик-менеджменту в системі міжнародних економічних відносин, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення механізмів управління ризиками в зовнішньоекономічній діяльності. Розглянуто характеристику підприємства ТОВ «Пайплайн»; досліджено ключові показники діяльності підприємства; проведено аналіз системи управління зовнішньоекономічними ризиками субʼєкта господарювання; визначено роль ризик-менеджменту у зовнішньоекономічній діяльності як складової системи управління підприємством.The guarantee of the effective implementation of its functions by the state is the definition of the essence, structure and tools of risk management in the system of international economic relations, as well as the development of practical recommendations for improving risk management mechanisms in foreign economic activity. The characteristics of the enterprise LLC "Pipeline" are considered; key performance indicators of the enterprise are studied; the analysis of the foreign economic risk management system of the business entity is carried out; the role of risk management in foreign economic activity as a component of the enterprise management system is determined.
