Автори акцентують увагу на проблемних питаннях дискримінації у сфері праці відповідно до віку, сімейного становища, стану здоров’я, гандикапу та членства у профспілках . Зазначається, що трудова дискримінація – неприпустиме явище, якому потрібно протистояти. The article is devoted to the coverage of individual issues of regulation of the problem of discrimination in the field of labor on the example of labor legislation in France. The author focuses on problematic issues of discrimination in the workplace in accordance with age, family status, health status, gangster and union membership. It is noted that labor discrimination is an unacceptable phenomenon to be resisted. The right to work is one of the fundamental human rights, but the statement of the significance of this right is not enough to prevent its restrictions. Discrimination - one of the most widespread violations of human rights, which occurs in almost all spheres of society's life, including in the field of labor. Nowadays there are cases of discrimination in labor relations on completely different grounds, and, most importantly, this behavior of employers has become quite commonplace with workers. Thus, the jurisprudence on this issue is not wide-ranging, which is not evidence of a lack of a problem, but rather illustrates the ignorance of workers' rights and their reluctance to initiate labor disputes. Therefore, the problem of ensuring equal access to work remains one of the most acute social problems of our time. On the basis of the study, one can conclude that Ukrainian workers are also faced with manifestations of discrimination in the workplace. In this regard, further development is needed in the implementation of the principle of the prohibition of discrimination in the field of labor, in particular the legislative nature. Legal gaps must be filled in with the new Labor Code of Ukraine. And the experience of regulating the problem of the prohibition of discrimination in the workplace of the French Republic may be useful to us.
