Abstract

У статті розглянуті правові та організаційні аспекти розвитку митної справи у Федеративній Республіці Німеччини, а також оновлена структура митних органів Німеччини та їх місце в інтегрованій системі митних служб Європейського Союзу. The article deals with the legal and organizational aspects of the customs service in the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as an updated structure of the customs authorities in Germany, and their place in the integrated system of customs services of the European Union.
