Інформаційно-аналітичний супровід розвитку резильєнтності у освітян як базису ментального здоров’я

Abstract

У статті визначено основні напрямки дослідження проблеми інформаційно-аналітичного супроводу розвитку резильєнтності у освітян як базису ментального здоров’я. Аналіз джерельної бази виявив, що наукова проблема: розвиток резильєнтності у освітян як базис ментального здоров’я є досить актуальною для українського соціуму, особливо у часи повномасштабного вторгнення Росії в Україну. Автори статті спираються у своєму дослідженні на різні визначення понять «резельєнтності» і «ментального здоров’я», фокусуючись на особливостях діяльності освітянина.

The article identifies the main directions of research on the problem of information and analytical support for the development of resilience in educators as a basis for mental health. The analysis of the source base has revealed that the scientific problem of developing resilience in educators as a basis for mental health is quite relevant for Ukrainian society, especially in times of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The authors of the article rely on different definitions of the concepts of ‘resilience’ and ‘mental health’ in their research, focusing on the specifics of the educator’s activity. The researchers clarify the definition of mental health of an educator as a state of well-being in which an educator can realise his or her own potential in the educational field and cope with stress, working productively and fruitfully in the educational sphere, passing on his or her experience and knowledge to the younger generation.
