Значення Європейського суду з прав людини щодо вирішення податкових спорів в Україні

Abstract

В статті досліджуються підґрунтя для реалізації фундаментальних та найбільших пріоритетних завдань сучасності, а саме формування ефективного механізму захисту прав людини. Тому завдяки ратифікації Концепції прав та свобод людини платники податків отримали можливість з звернутись до Європейського суду з прав людини за захистом свої прав, а також його вплив на сучасне українське судочинство.

The article explores the basis for the implementation of the fundamental and major priorities of the present, namely the formation of an effective mechanism for the protection of human rights. Therefore, thanks to the ratification of the Concept of Human Rights and Freedoms, taxpayers were given the opportunity to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights for the protection of their rights, as well as its influence on modern Ukrainian legal proceedings.
