Оптимізація взаємодії органів державної влади та НБУ у сфері фінансової безпеки банків

Abstract

Розглянута фінансова безпека загалом та фінансова безпека банків є невід’ємною складовою національної безпеки України і потребує уваги не лише з боку банків, а й державних органів. Таким чином, коли ми говоримо про ефективність взаємодії та координації між Національним банком України та органами державної влади, ми повинні брати до уваги багатоаспектність визначення форм взаємодії, а також специфіку визначення ефективності управлінського процесу. Удосконалення та доопрацювання у нашому законодавстві нададуть можливість для подальшого розвитку фінансової безпеки банків в Україні, а також можливість наблизитися до Європейських стандартів.The considered financial security in general and the financial security of banks are an integral part of the national security of Ukraine and require attention not only from banks, but also from state bodies. Thus, when we talk about the effectiveness of interaction and coordination between the National Bank of Ukraine and public authorities, we must take into account the multifaceted definition of forms of interaction, as well as the specifics of determining the effectiveness of the management process. Improvements and refinements in our legislation will provide an opportunity for further development of the financial security of banks in Ukraine, as well as an opportunity to get closer to European standards.
