Сучасні методи мотивації в умовах фінансових обмежень

Abstract

У монографії досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти інноваційної модернізації менеджменту в умовах глобальної нестабільності. Розглянуто концептуальні засади інноваційного менеджменту, процеси модернізації в мінливому соціально-економічному середовищі. Прикладне значення мають запропоновані авторами механізми реалізації сучасного менеджменту на засадах державно-приватного партнерства, управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств, стратегічного управління проектами розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад та напрями забезпечення якісної підготовки менеджерів й розбудови суспільства рівних можливостей в умовах інституційних трансформацій в Україні. The monograph explores the theoretical and practical aspects of innovative management modernization in conditions of global instability. The conceptual foundations of innovative management, processes of modernization in a changing socio-economic environment are considered. The proposed mechanisms of the implementation of modern management on the basis of public-private partnership, management of financial resources of enterprises, strategic management of projects for the development of united territorial communities and directions of ensuring the quality training of managers and building a society of equal opportunities in the context of institutional transformations in Ukraine have applied value.
