Удосконалення технічних засобів митного контролю як напрям гармонізації євроінтеграційних відносин

Abstract

The thesis examines the improvement of technical means of customs control as a key direction for harmonizing Ukraine’s European integration relations. It is substantiated that Ukraine’s integration into the European economic space necessitates the transformation of economic and legal relations as well as technical and technological control processes in the customs sphere. It is determined that enhancing the effectiveness of customs control should be combined with the simplification of customs procedures through the implementation of modern technical solutions. Emphasis is placed on the role of the customs procedures system as a regulatory mechanism capable of ensuring compliance with customs legislation and contributing to the formation of a new philosophy for the development of the national customs system in line with European standards.
