Проблеми функціонування державної системи моніторингу довкілля в Україні

Abstract

Україна є стороною багатьох міжнародних двосторонніх та багатосторонніх угод і конвенцій, імплементація яких потребує використання об’єктивної інформації про стан довкілля та прогнозування динаміки його змін. Тому питання підвищення ефективності функціонування системи моніторингу довкілля набуває особливого значення в контексті реформ у сфері управління та охорони довкілля. Ukraine is a party to many international bilateral and multilateral agreements and conventions, the implementation of which requires the use of objective information on the state of the environment and forecasting the dynamics of its changes. Therefore, the issue of increasing the efficiency of the operation of the environmental monitoring system becomes of particular importance in the context of the reforms in the field of management and environmental protection.
