Теоретико-методичні засади оцінки економічної безпеки національної економіки

Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to study the theoretical and methodological principles to evaluate the economic security of the national economy and to prove the appropriateness of their use in applied scientific innovations. A comparative analysis of the main theoretical and methodological scientific approaches to solve the problem of formalization and quantitative expression of the level of economic security was committed in the works of foreign and domestic scholars. The author concluded that among the existing methods the most acceptable, albeit time-consuming in calculations and in collecting the statistical data, are methodological recommendations for the calculation of the economic security level of Ukraine, adopted and approved by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in 2013. It has been proved that using this methodology in analytical work will provide high reliability assessment of economic security level and create the basis for optimal decisionmaking. The obtained results of the analysis will be the prospects of author’s scientific innovations in this research direction.
