Abstract
Інтернаціоналізація злочинності, в тому числі збільшення числа злочинів, які зачіпають інтереси декількох держав, ускладнення способів скоєння злочинів зумовили необхідність співпраці держав, прийняття спільних заходів для боротьби з міжнародною злочинністю.
