Проблеми прокурорського нагляду та шляхи їх вирішення

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемам прокурорського нагляду у сучасний період розвитку України. Розкриваються основні проблеми прокурорського нагляду та причини прокурорського нагляду, які сьогодні заважають прокурорам реально впливати на якість розслідування, а також шляхи вирішення проблем прокурорського нагляду. Визначено що конституційною функцією прокурора і основою судочинства є підтримка прокурором публічного обвинувачення в суді. The article is devoted to the problems of procuratorial supervision during the modern period of development of Ukraine. The main problems of prosecutor 's supervision and the reasons for prosecutor 's supervision are revealed, which today prevent prosecutors from actually influencing the quality of the investigation, as well as ways to solve problems of prosecutor 's supervision. It is determined that the constitutional function of the prosecutor and the basis of the proceedings is the support of the prosecutor for public prosecution in court.
