Abstract
В публікації розглядається юридичний прецедент як джерело фінансового права, що передбачає створення нової правової норми в результаті розгляду окремої справи в суді чи іншому державному органі. Відстоюється важливість прецеденту при наявності прогалин в законодавстві.
The publication considers legal precedent as a source of financial law, which provides for the creation of a new legal norm as a result of consideration of a separate case in a court or other state body. The importance of precedent in the presence of gaps in the legislation is defended.
