Abstract

Навчально-методичний посібник призначений для викладачів-початківців, магістрів, аспірантів, слухачів курсів підвищення кваліфікації кадрів та в цілому для професорсько-викладацького складу. У посібнику авторами розглядається підхід до системи викладання у вищій школі як процесу перетворення засвоєних протягом навчання знань, умінь, навичок в особистісні, соціально значущі психічні властивості людини. За умов, що знання формують світогляд і світосприйняття особистості, їх обсяг визначає ерудованість та компетентність, а навички і вміння сприяють зростанню майстерності та професійності.

The educational and methodological manual is intended for novice teachers, masters, postgraduate students, students of professional development courses and for the teaching staff in general. In the manual, the authors consider the approach to the teaching system in higher education as a process of transformation of knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired during education into personal, socially significant mental properties of a person.
