Abstract
У статті проведено аналіз правого статусу та повноважень прокурора у кримінальному судочинстві Федеративної республіки Німеччини на стадії досудового розслідування, досліджено способи здійснення прокурором функції процесуального керівництва.
The article analyzes legal status and powers of the prosecutor in criminal proceedings of the Federal Republic of Germany on the stage of preliminary investigation; ways of implementation of the procedural guidance functions by the prosecutor are explored.
