Африканські країни у фокус-групі забезпечення економічної безпеки України

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання підвищення якості фокусування державної зовнішньоекономічної політики у розрізі стратегічних напрямів розвитку. Окреслено основні проблеми як внутрішнього, так і зовнішнього характеру, які заважають Україні в повній мірі забезпечити свою присутність на ринку країн Африки. Окрему увагу приділено присутності в країнах Африки потенційних конкурентів України та конвертації цими країнами своєї присутності там у політичні вигоди. Запропоновано перелік заходів спрямованих на поглиблення співпраці України з африканськими країнами та відповідними регіональними об’єднаннями. Насамперед надано рекомендації центральним органам виконавчої влади України стосовно першочергових кроків необхідних для прискорення виходу українських виробників на ринки Африки та підвищення рівня та обсягів україно-африканської економічної співпраці.

The article deals with the question of improving the quality of focusing the state foreign economic policy in the context of strategic directions of development. The main problems, both internal and external, that prevent Ukraine from fully securing their presence on the market of Africa are outlined. Particular attention is paid to the presence in the Africa countries of Ukrainian potential competitors, primarily of the Russian Federation, and the conversion of these countries to their political presence there. The need to harmonize internal institutional problems in support of and promotion of Ukraine’s foreign economic interests, which neglects to promote the spread of threats to economic security. A list of activities aimed at deepening Ukraine’s cooperation with African countries and relevant regional associations is proposed. First of all, recommendations are given to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and other central executive authorities of Ukraine on the priority steps necessary to accelerate the output of Ukrainian producers to the markets of Africa and increase the level and volume of Ukraine-African Economic Cooperation.
