Abstract
Досліджено економічну природу фондового ринку, виділено чотири етапи еволюції теоретичних концепцій фондового ринку: етап формування інституційно-правового середовища фондового ринку, етап формування моделі фондового ринку, етап удосконалення системи регулювання ринку та етап створення концептуальних засад фондового ринку та його інтеграції до європейського фінансового простору.
The economic nature of the stock market is investigated, four stages of evolution of theoretical concepts of the stock market are distinguished: the stage of formation of the institutional and legal environment of the stock market, the stage of formation of the stock market model, the stage of improvement of the market regulation system and the stage of creation of conceptual foundations of the stock market and its integration into the European financial space.
