Abstract

У навчальному посібнику викладено теоретико-організаційні та практичні аспекти постмитного контролю та аудиту в Україні: предмет, метод, методичні прийоми, контрольний процес та його стадії, інформаційне забезпечення, міжнародні стандарти, особливості методики проведення контрольних заходів за видами порушень митного законодавства. Навчальний матеріал супроводжується запитаннями для самоперевірки, тестовим контролем та ситуаційними завданнями. Призначено для студентів закладів вищої освіти економічного профілю, а також тих, хто цікавиться питаннями проведення митного контролю після випуску товарів у вільний обіг. The training manual describes the theoretical, organizational and practical aspects of post-customs control and audit in Ukraine: subject, method, methodological techniques, control process and its stages, information support, international standards, peculiarities of the methodology of conducting control measures for types of violations of customs legislation. The study material is accompanied by questions for self-checking, test control and situational tasks.
